i am creating a womens eco-somatic dance retreat in the far north, bay of islands area
between $333 - $666 for 3 day retreat

Eco-Somatics is the embodied practicing of becoming entwined and moving as nature, though nature and with nature.
We will be workshopping and dancing with the elements of water, air, fire, earth, and ether
becoming attuned to the ocean, rivers, forests, sky, wind, animals, moon, sun and spirit.
Most Dance offerings will be outside (weather dependant)
As women (womb-in) we are already finely tuned to rhythms and cycles, we are nature in all her glory within a human skin.
In our natural state We cycle, bleed, fluctuate, ebb and flow rhythmically, spiralling, pulsating through our lives.
The more we can connect to the depths of our natural environment both around us and within us, the more our bodies become aligned and balance
It is time for us to claim back what has been distorted and lied about.
As the feminine power within us awakens and arises we become more deeply rooted in the earth, witnessing our whole being as the devine creatrix that she is, anchoring in both our light and our shadow so that we are spirit, present in our bodies (in-bodied) with our emotions, our feeling, sensing body and our mental capacity aligned.
