Individual herbs are combined to give a very powerful remedy. Herbs/plants are wild picked and all ingredients are organic where possible Products are made with the simplest of ingredients, to ensure they are not detrimental to the health of the user. I use no chemicals, additives, preservatives or any "nasties" These notes highlight some of the uses for each balm or cream however there are many possible applications. I recommend that you trust your intuition when choosing a balm, if you are drawn to it, then it will assist your issues Balm/cream applications are not specific you can't overdose, there are no known side effects of using these products however as with all new products, a skin test is advisable. If you have an allergy to bees please consider use carefully as all products contain beeswax Apply as needed. Often it is beneficial to massage the balm into the affected area. Alternatively apply a hot cloth over the cream and affected area to act as a poultice.
